Interior and exterior architectural renderings
Emotional architectural renderings for project presentation.
The evolution of planning from a technological perspective
Architecture and design are constantly evolving thanks to technological support, which is increasingly important in this sector. Architectural renderings are among the most useful and appreciated tools in this sense, both by the designer and by the end customer. It is a system that 3dmlstudio has been using for more than fifteen years to emotionally involve its customers.
But what are architectural renderings? They are the natural evolution of the design drawings used by engineers, architects, and surveyors to give basic information to their customers. These schematic elaborations were essential to indicate the dimensions of the rooms (surface, length, and height of walls, fixtures, distances, etc.) but they left too much room for imagination. This is because they gave no indication of yield but only pragmatic information, certainly useful and indispensable, but ultimately not clear enough for the layman.
Computers and graphic processing software have partially replaced these drawings, giving the possibility to represent a realistic reality through architectural renderings, which show how the project can look in reality.

Why use architectural renderings?
The function of rendering in the field of architecture and design
The architectural renderings have a double value in reality because if on the one hand, they are able to emotionally involve the future buyer, on the other hand, they are a great help for the designer himself, who has the immediate visual perception of what he is creating.
Architectural renderings should not be considered from a single point of view, because it would not be correct: the graphic processing software also used by 3dmlstudio is small jewels of technological precision, which offer countless practical advantages even in the design phase. Thanks to these powerful processors, in fact, it is possible to calculate the volumes and dimensions of the rooms in a millimetric way, having a three-dimensional representation of the entire design complex with the appearance it should assume once completed.
On the part of the customer, buying a property or having a realistic perception of its yield as it will appear when it is finally owned by it, is an additional element of evaluation that gives an emotional dimension to the whole. Buying a project on paper in which there are only numbers and straight lines is quite another thing than buying it having seen the complete architectural rendering.

Emotional architectural renderings
Photorealism as a design tool
Emotion is 3dmlstudio’s watchword, capable of creating high-impact design renderings, capable of surprising and making the finished work (almost) touch with one’s hand thanks to photorealism. It is an advanced technique that allows you to show the project exactly as it was conceived from the beginning.
So, in detail, what is 3d rendering really? Photorealistic renderings are digital processes that allow you to obtain very realistic artificial images starting from three-dimensional computerized graphics. Starting from the project data, the elements inserted inside the building (furnishings, accessories, fixtures, and coverings) are covered with textures sampled from real images.
However, in photorealism it is the lights that create the most surprising effect: thanks to the reproduction of light sources (natural or artificial), the rendering almost takes on the appearance of a photograph, capable of capturing attention and striking the future buyer.
